Email change

To change your email, you need to provide the following information:

1. your game account.
2. last 3 characters of the password.
3. current email to which the account is linked.
4. IP from which you are playing.
5. new desired e-mail to which you need to link your account.

Please note that you need to have access to your current mail. To confirm access to it, a 4-digit code will be sent to your current e-mail.

Change when buying an account

To change your email when purchasing an account, you need to pay 2000-5000 bon.web, depending on the value of the account.

For new servers that are less than 6 months old, the minimum amount is at least 3000 bon.web. For old servers that are more than 2 years old, a discount of 30% of the original cost will be applied.

P.S: When changing the account owner, a change of email is required.
