Haven't received lottery tickets for the donation

To receive lottery tickets you need to withdraw bonuses from the website to the server. You also need to press Withdraw gift tickets in order to withdraw tickets to the game.
If you use web bonuses to buy VIP, you won't get any lottery tickets.
