Rewards are issued on the website in your personal account in the Your Characters section. The presence of Luck and the number of Excellent options on items is random, from 1 to 4 (from 1 to 5 for the Extreme server) with the same chances as in the game drop.
The guild receives prizes in the form of boxes and shards only if it is in the Top 10 of the Guild Rating.
